MAC - Manufacturing Alliance of Connecticut, Inc.

MAC works with Connecticut’s elected leaders to keep manufacturing viable and profitable in Connecticut.  MAC also hosts luncheons, dinners and other forums which offer businesses the opportunity to voice their concerns to political leaders.  They also provide HR services, employee benefit programs, legal services and a natural gas aggregation pool.  There are over 400 manufacturing memberships.

AAIA - Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association

Membership in AAIA provides the opportunity to participate in the largest automotive aftermarket show in the country.  Each November, AAPEX or the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo, is held at the Sands Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.  For the past several years, Platt & LaBonia has exhibited in the four-day trade show featuring products and sources never seen before.  AAPEX is committed to helping companies keep in pace with the latest technical developments and innovations by offering technical seminars sponsored by exhibitors.  AAIA dues also support educational programs, market research, legislative initiatives, and consumer awareness programs of vital importance to the future of the automotive aftermarket industry.

EANE - Employers Association of the NorthEast

The goal of EANE is to promote sound employee/employer relations.  EANE assists companies in improving their policies and practices in personnel and labor relations, by assisting with management development via consultation and training.  Membership entitles companies to services and benefits in the areas of labor law, human resource management, training programs, organizational developemtn and strategic planning.  Membership includes over 650 organizations.
